Main duties of the job

As the Site Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for managing health and safety at the care home, undertaking remedial work, and liaising with external contractors for any work beyond the scope of general repair and maintenance. You will be a self-motivated individual with good practical maintenance experience and excellent communication skills, able to be flexible in your approach to the role.
