Detailed Job Description
  • Carry out reactive and planned maintenance to ensure equipment operates effectively.

  • Respond to plant breakdowns, implementing both temporary and permanent solutions.

  • Promote and enforce health and safety standards in line with company policies.

  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work.

  • Support and train operatives on inspection and maintenance tasks.

  • Ensure plant compliance with ISO 19001 quality standards.

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment.

  • Report defects and escalate issues appropriately.

  • Undertake ad hoc duties and projects as required by the business.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in mechanical maintenance within production or industrial settings.
