SALARY: £25,186 per annum plus 14% shift allowance totalling £28,712 per annum + Excellent Benefits
LOCATION: Hedge End, Southampton, Hampshire
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, worked on a rotating shift pattern (shift pattern to be agreed at appointment)
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Site Maintenance Assistant / School Caretaker who will help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment while supporting daily operations across the school site.
As a Site Maintenance Assistant / School Caretaker you will carry out general repairs, routine maintenance and compliance checks, ensuring all facilities remain operational, secure and health and safety standards are met.
The Site Maintenance Assistant / School Caretaker will work closely with the maintenance team, using initiative to solve problems, manage priorities and provide practical support such as moving furniture, managing deliveries and maintaining lighting and heating systems.
Full health and safety training will be provided.
