Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Site Labourer to join our flat roofing teams working on live retail environments across the UK. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Site Manager to support the delivery of roofing projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager and roofing teams in day-to-day site operations.
• Carry, load, and distribute materials and equipment as required.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment on the roof and surrounding areas.
• Support site logistics, including waste removal and general labouring duties.
• Ensure compliance with site health & safety requirements at all times.
• Work flexibly and cooperatively as part of a nationwide site team.

Essential Requirements

• Valid, in-date CSCS card.
• Good level of physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Desirable
