Job Title: Sites & Facilities Advisor

What you’ll be doing:
  • Facilitate (through project delivery) planned facilities and service actives in relation to equipment, supplies, installation, refurbishment, repairs and renovation.
  • Delivering planned facilities and service activities in relation to equipment, supplies, installation, refurbishment, repairs or renovation and management of onsite works acting as the Responsible Person or Point of contact
  • Provide support to ensure facilities remain safe, legal and compliant
  • Manage financial tracking of projects
  • Preparation of work order status reporting packs
  • Monitoring and updating of work orders within SAP
  • Supporting Customer relationships by providing one-to-one support, setting clear expectations, and ensuring delivery in line with agreed service levels
  • Follow process and system standards in line with business and user requirements
  • have a thorough understanding of how to access and apply the relevant Quality and Health, Safety & Environmental (HS&E) Management System documentation—such as Process Instructions, Workmanship Standards, and Risk Assessments—related to your specific work scope. Ensure full compliance with all HS&E rules, control measures, and security policies
Your skills and experiences:
  • Experienced monitoring 3rd party vendors
  • Proficient in Microsoft office - Especially in MS Projects, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Facilities management experience with an industrial environment
  • RAMS experience
  • SAP knowledge
  • Awareness of CDM

The Landlord Management team:

Part of a wider Site and Facilities team that provides FM (facilities management ) support to various buildings across site. Our principal aim is to ensure the facilities our tenant occupies remain safe, legal and compliant. Also ensuring that our tenants operate their facilities in line with their tenant responsibilities. We predominantly provide support to our tenant via the project delivery of minor facility improvement projects that enable continued compliance. Within this role there will be the opportunity to provide FM support to both office buildings and production facilities site wide. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
