Site Engineer Worchester Area – 28,000 – 30,000 plus package

Salary: 28,000 – 30,000 plus package

A highly successful, established client is seeking a highly experienced, hard working and motivated Site Engineer to join their team within the western region on a heavy civil engineering projects.

The role is based in the Worcestershire area, who is seeking a hard working, motivated and experienced candidate within the Civil Engineering industry who is ready to progress their career thoroughly in this role.

The main duties of the candidate will be:

• Setting out using total stations, GPS equipment, and to be able to undertake traditional setting out using profiles, batter rail and pegs
• Read and review construction drawings
• Undertake basic take‑off’s
• Raising technical queries with designers and other members of the client team
• Have a good commercial understanding and know the difference between cost and value
• Carry out relevant inspections and testing to ensure conformance of the works with the design and specification
• Ensure all work complies with quality, safety and environmental policies and the requirements of the company procedure
