Job summary

A leading construction recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Electrical / I&C Construction Supervisor for a major site-based construction project in Shurton, UK. This role is focused on ensuring the safe and timely execution of electrical and I&C works across power generation projects, involving hands-on leadership, subcontractor management, and compliance with safety standards. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Electrical Engineering and significant experience in power plant projects.

Qualifications

• Completion of at least two full-cycle power plant construction projects.
• Strong experience in site execution and subcontractor management.
• Solid understanding of power plant systems and electrical/I&C disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Execute electrical and I&C erection strategy according to construction plans.
• Liaise with engineering teams to manage construction documentation.
• Lead and manage subcontractors to deliver works safely and on time.
