Job summary

A public sector client in Warwickshire is seeking a Site Delivery Officer to ensure high-quality development and delivery of infrastructure across major sites. Qualifications

• Experience in local authority planning or infrastructure delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality development and timely infrastructure delivery.
• Negotiate with developers and landowners for coordinated infrastructure delivery.
• Monitor Section 106 agreements and CIL contributions.
• Work with infrastructure providers to justify and phase development proposals.
• Support Development Management officers in negotiating planning contributions.
• Contribute to the Infrastructure Delivery Plan and monitor funding opportunities.
