Site Caretaker & Facilities Support (Daytime)

Job description

To ensure the security, cleanliness and basic operational upkeep of the site. Routine daily checks, minor maintenance support and contractor liaison to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for staff and students.

Facilities support to include refilling of consumables in staff and student areas and to report or escalate any damage, safety concerns or site issues.

Additional duties to include but not limited to will be to cover any sickness and holiday at other sites and any other reasonable requests from the site or facilities manager.

Due to this a drivers license is essential. Working hours will be 10.00 to 17.00.
