Job summary

A leading construction contractor in the UK is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to manage mechanical installations on a construction project in Lincoln. You will ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards throughout the supervision of mechanical systems including LTHW, domestic water, and ventilation. Candidates should have proven experience in mechanical supervision, strong communication skills, and relevant site qualifications. This is a full-time temporary position with competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical supervision within the building services or construction sector.
• Understanding of LTHW, domestic water, ventilation systems.
• CSCS card and relevant site qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage mechanical installations on the project.
• Review mechanical drawings for compliance and improvements.
• Plan timely delivery of materials and liaise with suppliers.
• Ensure smooth workflow with stakeholders and maintain communication.
• Prepare internal progress reports and maintain site records.
