Job description
Overview

This is a full time role located in London (with appropriate hybrid working arrangements) due to commence in October 2025 for 6 months. The consultant will be supporting leveraged finance origination and leveraged finance coverage teams across the UK bank.

Responsibilities
  • You are a qualified lawyer with leveraged finance experience from a leading private practice or within a financial institution.
  • You have knowledge and experience of banking and corporate law.
  • You have a comprehensive understanding of syndicated leverage finance documentation.
  • You are a problem solver and offer a collaborative approach.
  • You are able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment.
  • You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines. You have excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads.
  • You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.
  • You will be required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
