The successful candidate will ensure compliance with health regulations, manage staff training, and handle food processing tasks. Here at Serco, we are looking for a Shop Manager to join the team at our state of the art Category C prison, HMP Fosse Way. The main role of the Shop Manager is to provide and carry out canteen services within HMP Fosse Way in accordance with all relevant and current regulations, legislation and guidelines.
