£13,104.32 pro rata

Location – Children's Society Shop, 5 Flat Iron Parade, New Market Street, Chorley, PR7 1BY

We are looking for a shop assistant to join our friendlystaff and volunteer team in Chorley.

The shop is very busy and trades 7 days a week.

What you’ll do :
  • Support the shop management in driving sales and income.
  • Help lead and motivate a diverse team of volunteers.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming shop atmosphere.
  • Ensure sufficient stock is prepared for sale each day.
  • Follow all necessary health & safety, admin and cash handling procedures.

  • Someone who enjoys working with people and knows how to inspire a team.
  • Previous experience in retail or a similar customer-facing environment
