• Provide clear communication and detailed handovers to the evening Shift Manager.

Shift Manager (Days)

Hours: 10:00 – 18:30 – Monday – Friday

Salary: £28,000p.a.

Location: Swindon

The Role

• Checking drivers back in after their routes and ensuring all tools and equipment are returned
• Maintaining vehicle and fleet compliance
• Supporting day-to-day depot operations and administrative tasks
• Assisting in the running of 10–28 delivery routes per day
• Leading and motivating delivery teams
• Helping to raise, investigate and resolve delivery issues or incidents
• Providing clear communication and detailed handovers to the evening Shift Manager
