Shift Manager – Large 3PL located in East Midlands Gateway
£50,000 + fantastic benefits

Responsibilities

• Orchestrating the floor – lead and motivate your team to hit targets and keep things running smoother than a freshly oiled conveyor belt.
• Process perfectionist – keep operations strictly process-driven, ensuring every return, repair and re-route is handled with precision.
• Metrics – track KPIs and performance, making sure the team smashes service levels and customers get exactly what they need.
• Quality – hold the bar high on standards, making sure reverse logistics flows are not only efficient but first-class.
• Problem-solving – spot issues before they escalate, keep clients happy and make sure hiccups never turn into headaches.
• Coaching – develop your team’s skills, celebrate wins, build a high-energy, high-performance culture.
• Efficiencies – find ways to do things better, faster, and smarter without cutting corners on safety or quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in reverse logistics or 3PL warehouse operations, ideally in a process-driven, quality-focused environment.

• Comfortable with systems like SAP (or something similar) to keep operations ticking.
• Someone who thrives in a high-pressure, high-expectation environment – and enjoys turning challenges into wins.
• Strong communicator who can manage stakeholders and solve problems without breaking a sweat.
