Contract Type: Perm
Hours: Full Time

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate FM services across the campus
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
  • Manage contractors and service providers to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes
  • Support planned and reactive maintenance activities
  • Monitor performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Act as a point of contact for FM-related queries and emergencies
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in facilities management or building services
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach
  • Knowledge of health & safety and compliance standards
