A leading beverage manufacturer in Tadcaster is seeking a Shift Leader for logistics operations. You will manage warehouse functions including inventory and personnel management, ensuring safety and productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in fast-paced environments, with a commitment to developing their team. This role offers a competitive salary package with additional benefits including a shift allowance.

Salary: up to £42,000 p/a dependant on experience with £9,206 shift allowance & amazing benefits listed below!
Contract: Permanent

As the Shift Leader, you’ll report into the Head of Logistics, and play a central role in ensuring our colleagues on the production line continue to exude brilliance in every task they endeavour. With experience in managing people, you’ll engage with your teams to ensure that every colleague feels supported in their own professional and personal development, whilst also fostering collaboration with your peers for a functional & operating site; in adherence to our Total Productive Management (TPM) principles as a guiding framework.

You’ll be based within the broader Customer, Logistics & Planning team, responsible for ensuring our logistics operations run smoothly across transportation, procurement, warehouse operations and much more! We take pride in consistently delivering the highest-quality brews to customers nationwide.
