Customer Service

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team, ensuring excellent customer service and high standards of coffee and food.
• Support the running of the store, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory.
• Mentor and develop team members, encouraging a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, hygiene and brand standards.
• Assist in managing staffing, scheduling and rota planning.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience preferred, but not essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and multi‑tasking ability.
• Passion for customer service and team culture.
