Job summary

A leading facility management provider is seeking an experienced electrical maintenance engineer for a static role in Central London. The position offers a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum and involves performing various electrical maintenance tasks including emergency light and fire alarm testing. Candidates should have relevant qualifications and experience in a commercial environment. The role follows a 4 days on, 4 days off schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant electrical qualifications (C&G / NVQ Level 3).
• Experience in building services maintenance, preferably in a commercial environment.
• Eligible to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and testing on various electrical systems.
• Handle emergency light and fire alarm testing.
• Conduct electrical fault finding and repairs.

Salary: £55,000 Per Annum
Static and Permanent Role in Central London.
4 days on and 4 days off (Days and Nights)

Requirements

• C&G / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations (or equivalent) 18th Edition.
• Experience in building services maintenance – Ideally within a commercial office environment.
• HV/LV Certification (Preferred)
• Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
