Job Overview
  • Maintenance of the plant and equipment associated with the client Building Mechanical and Electrical system
  • To ensure that all planned and reactive works are carried out efficiently and in accordance with contract requirements, relevant legislation and best practice.
Main Duties
  • To ensure a high quality service
  • Ability to manage workload and recognise how to prioritise the work schedule
  • To understand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on time
  • To understand and comply with policies and procedures
  • To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner
  • To comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
  • To attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required
  • To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required
  • A self-managing approach to work with a strong Health and Safety attitude.
  • To work on shift rotation : 4 on 4 off
