Sheet Metal Supervisor

Do you have a strong background overseeing sheet metal production activities, leading shop-floor teams and ensuring work is completed safely, to quality standards and in line with production schedules? Are you confident planning work, resolving day-to-day production issues and leading by example in a hands-on manufacturing environment? If so, this could be the role for you!

Permanent | Excellent Salary | 7am- 4pm Mon - Thurs, 7am - 12pm Friday | Castle Donnington

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily production to meet schedules, delivery targets and quality requirements
• Motivate and manage shop-floor staff, including training, performance, attendance and timekeeping
• Monitor quality standards, troubleshoot production issues and ensure parts are produced to specification
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure jobs are correctly recorded on company systems
• Drive continuous improvement activities

Qualifications
