Sheet Metal Fabricator (Progression to Management)

Salary: £32,500 - £36,500 + Overtime + Days Based + Company Benefits.

Location: Reading.

Are you a Sheet Metal Fabricator looking to join a long‑standing manufacturer at the forefront of their niche industry, offering direct progression into a Factory Manager in under 2 years?

In this role you will be working in a tight‑knit fabrication team, manufacturing bespoke metal products using Plasma Cutters, Guillotines and CNC Brake Pressers. Occasional delivery work may be required depending on workload.
