Responsibilities include providing 3rd line support to customers for all M365 services, as well as supporting other teams within Technology as appropriate. There will be opportunities to work on projects; you will also be part of UK hours shift support.

Mandatory Skills

• SharePoint Online
• Microsoft Teams, One Drive for Business and associated collaboration tools
• M365 suite of products
• Microsoft Cloud technologies including Azure & M365
• Azure & M365 Services with migration and operational experience
• AD, Azure AD, Microsoft Purview, and DLP
• Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and PowerShell (desirable)
• 2016 & MS Edge troubleshooting experience
• Implementing and managing TLS/DKIM/DMARC
• HTTP, SMTP, DNS, TCP/IP, and other web protocols

Secondary Skills

• ITIL certified (Desirable) with a knowledge of structured change management
• Knowledge of networking concepts
