We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Facilities and Compliance Officer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enforcing strategic policies for estates and operations across the Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who is passionate about policy and compliance and is ready to make a significant impact on our organisation.
Your primary duties will include:
- Leading all Health and Safety initiatives to ensure full legal compliance.
- Overseeing strategic estates management, including project development and managing Condition Improvement Fund (CIF) bids.
- Guiding our journey towards sustainability and net zero goals.
- Maintaining fixed asset registers, inventory, and statutory training records.
- Collaborating with the CEO and our IT consultant on IT management and procurement.
