Job summary

A leading IT recruitment firm is seeking a ServiceNow Product Owner in Manchester, offering a hybrid work schedule of three days onsite per week. The ideal candidate will own and develop the product strategy, define roadmaps, and ensure compliance with best practices. Key requirements include strong understanding of ServiceNow, experience in asset management, and skills in stakeholder communication. The contract is set to run until June 3, 2026, with a rate up to £613.34 per day inside IR35.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the ServiceNow product strategy for HAM, SAM, and CMDB.
• Define and maintain the roadmap, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver optimized solutions.
• Evaluate and integrate tools within the IT asset and configuration ecosystem.
• Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow capabilities.

Role purpose / summary

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and roadmap.
• Deep knowledge of asset and configuration management principles and related tooling.
• Proven experience in financial services environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
