Job Description

We are a well-established design/build industrial refrigeration contractor actively searching for an experienced Ammonia Industrial Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair ammonia and other industrial refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical control systems and components.
• Maintain knowledge of industrial refrigeration equipment such as compressors, pumps, evaporators, condensers, valves, and controls.
• Perform maintenance tasks on equipment and systems.
• Provide excellent customer service skills.
• Work independently.
• Some travel required (You will be home more than 80% of the time).
• Travel as needed.
• Follow OSHA and industry safety requirements.
• High potential for advancement for the right candidate.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• Experience working with ammonia and industrial refrigeration systems.
• Universal EPA certification.
• Strong work ethic and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Proficient in electrical and controls troubleshooting.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Valid driver’s license with a solid driving record.
• Ability to work well with others.
