Service Technician – Field Based (Covering NorthWest/ ROI)

Are you an experienced Service Technician or Field Service Engineer looking for your next opportunity in Ireland? Join our team and work on a wide range of fuel pumps, EV charging equipment, car wash systems, and POS systems across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

About the Role

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for the service, repair, and maintenance of our equipment on customer sites. The role includes preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and project work, ensuring equipment is reliable, compliant, and meets customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service, repair, and maintain fuel pumps, EV charging stations, POS systems, and industrial car wash systems.
  • Carry out measurement verification of fuel dispensers in line with legislation.
  • Undertake planned preventative maintenance and annual checks.
  • Deliver projects and technical support within agreed SLA.
  • Accurately complete service reports and maintain records.
  • Ensure compliance with all health & safety procedures.
  • Attend training courses to keep skills and product knowledge up to date.
Essential Skills & Requirements
  • Full manual driving licence.
  • Basic electrical and mechanical skills with experience using tools.
  • Flexible approach – able to travel, work overtime, and stay away from home when needed.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Desirable Skills & Experience (not essential)
  • Electrical/Mechanical/Engineering qualifications.
  • Knowledge of PC hardware and networking.
  • Previous experience in petrol forecourt services, EV charging maintenance, or car wash system servicing.
