Overview

Join Our Adult Social Care Leadership Team – Champion Excellence in Community Support. We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Team Manager to lead our Community Team. This role is based at the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead (RBWM). It is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working, and a salary of £53,296 - £58,286 per annum.

About the role

As Service Team Manager for the Community Team, you will lead a borough-wide service supporting older people and adults with physical disabilities. You will:

  • Champion strengths-based and person-centred practice.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, responsive, and outcome-focused support.
  • Manage complex casework including Court of Protection matters.
  • Work collaboratively across health, housing, and voluntary sectors.
  • Promote prevention, choice, and community connection.
  • Contribute to RBWM’s strategic priorities: building inclusive, healthy communities, delivering compassionate, high-quality services, and reducing health inequalities.
