A leading scientific instruments company is seeking a Service Team Leader to supervise service operations across Italy. This role involves coordinating a service team, ensuring high-quality customer relationships, and addressing customer complaints. Candidates should possess a Master’s degree, experience in Mass Spectrometry, and strong communication skills in English and Italian. The position requires willingness to travel extensively within Italy and some international travel.

We are currently looking for a Service Team Leader in Italy who will supervise a service team across Italy to ensure timely customer service support, guaranteeing safety and in compliance to local regulations following Bruker internal guidelines for our Mass Spectrometry portfolio.
