Exciting new opportunity at a brand new facility based on Green Park, Reading offering a retail micromarket / hospitality and bean to cup coffee machines.

Responsibilities
  • Filling and maintaining micro market catering offer & delivering hospitality.
  • Filling and maintaining onsite coffee machines.
  • Using company van to collect stock from nearby location and deliver to site (Manual Gearbox Van).
  • Lone worker working alone; excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks are required.
  • Quality Control – monitor food quality, presentation and service standards to ensure they meet or exceed customer expectations. Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Logistics Management – coordinate delivery, set‑up and breakdown of catering equipment and supplies. Oversee the flow of events, including food service, beverage distribution and guest interactions. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Customer Service – foster positive relationships with clients and guests, addressing their needs and concerns. Handle customer inquiries, requests and special dietary requirements with professionalism and courtesy. Solicit feedback from clients to continuously improve catering services.
Requirements
  • Due to the sensitive nature of the contract, candidate must hold a British Passport and a UK driving licence. Offer will be subject to a successful DBS security clearance.
  • Previous experience within the hospitality industry.
  • Have a contagious passion for food and customer service.
  • Excellent organisational abilities; high attention to detail.
  • Concise and effective verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution‑oriented perspective.
