Responsibilities

• Complete service and repair tasks to a high standard.
• Maintain van stock and drive safely.
• Communicate effectively with clients.
• Respond to emergency repairs.
• Record work using our ERP system.

Skills

Ability to follow service instructions and wiring diagrams

Fault-finding skills using electrical test meters

Experience with power tools and working safely at height

Strong problem-solving and attention to detail

Positive, proactive attitude

Basic IT skills and tablet use

Experience with mobility equipment (preferred)

Tools

PASMA, SSSP, CITB, or IPAF certifications

Service & Repair Engineer — Location: Various UK Sites — Hours: 08:00 - 16:30, Monday to Friday — Type: Permanent — Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)

Role

We\'re looking for a skilled and motivated Service & Repair Engineer to join our Operations Team. You\'ll be responsible for servicing and repairing assistive equipment such as:

• Ceiling hoists
• Height-adjustable baths and basins
• Changing couches
• Other specialist mobility equipment

You\'ll work across diverse environments and ensure all work meets manufacturer and regulatory standards.

What You\'ll Do

• Complete service and repair tasks to a high standard
• Maintain van stock and drive safely
• Communicate effectively with clients
• Record work using our ERP system (Simpro)
• Respond to emergency repairs
• Share best practices and support team training

What We\'re Looking For

• Ability to follow service instructions and wiring diagrams
