Qualifications

  • Experience of analytical processes.
  • Significant experience in administration duties.

Responsibilities

  • Request information/activity reports required on behalf of the Service Manager and Leads.
  • Provide a central point of contact to respond to/resolve queries for Service Manager.
  • Process staff change forms and relevant HR information.
  • Contribute to the Business Meetings held monthly within clinical teams.
  • Monitor various Trust systems to ensure compliance and provide necessary reports.

Skills

Strong computer and keyboard skills with knowledge of all Microsoft Office software
Attention to detail
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Problem solver
Ability to extract, understand and analyse data

Education

NVQ level 3 Business Administration or equivalent
