Job description
Overview

London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust is looking to recruit a Service Manager to work across its Urgent Treatment Centres, with the main base at Ealing Hospital. You will be expected to have a close working relationship with the ED team and, on occasion, be required to cross- cover between ED.

This is an exciting time to join the UTC's leadership team and be part of our journey to delivering excellence in Urgent and Emergency Care. The Service Manager will play a pivotal role within the division's leadership structure, providing operational support and managing the day-to-day running of UTC services.

  • Ensure that services meet all relevant contractual and performance requirements, including ongoing assessment of future demand and capacity requirements.
  • Be accountable for the effective performance of these services, demonstrating achievements against national and local requirements.
