A regional government body is seeking a Service Manager to lead its Procurement Team. This key role involves coordinating complex procurement projects, managing relationships with suppliers, and overseeing a small team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of public procurement regulations and strong interpersonal skills. We are looking to recruit a Service Manager to head up our Procurement Team within the Council’s Procurement & Commissioning Service. This is an exciting opportunity following investment in the Service and a move towards a Category Management style of approach.
This is a key role for an experienced procurement professional who will thrive in afast paced and dynamic environment working for Team Ceredigion as well as leading on and providing expert advice on an exciting pipeline of procurement projects and managing and developing a small team.
