Lead life‑changing services for survivors of domestic abuse. We're seeking a committed Service Manager to oversee frontline delivery, drive improvements, and lead a passionate team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support frontline staff and advocates
• Ensure safe, high‑quality, trauma‑informed service delivery
• Monitor performance, manage risk, and oversee casework
• Strengthen partnerships across local agencies
• Contribute to service strategy, development, and innovation

About you

• Experienced leader within domestic abuse, safeguarding, or related sectors
• Skilled in risk management and multi-agency working
• Strong communicator with organisational and motivational skills
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
