Service Manager

Poole

Full Time - Permanent

Monday – Friday - 8 : 00am – 6 : 00pm (½ hour lunch)

Saturdays - 1 in 3 - 8 : 00am – 12pm

Salary is dependent on experience + KPI bonus

Holiday : 30 days (including bank holidays, increasing with service)

We are currently recruiting for a Service Manager to join our client based in their Poole branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily workshop operations and provide workshop control support during holiday or absence cover.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Manage productivity, efficiency, and quality performance targets.
  • Support team development, training, and recruitment.
  • Ensure compliance with dealer standards, audits, and company policies.
  • Drive KPI achievement across MOT pass rates, breakdown results, and customer satisfaction.
About You
  • Experience in a similar automotive management or workshop controller role.
  • Calm under pressure, accurate, and well‑organised.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office and workshop systems).
  • A proactive, positive, and dynamic personality with a passion for success.
