A leading social care provider in Lincoln is seeking a passionate Registered Service Manager to lead a residential service. The role involves managing day-to-day operations and supporting individuals with complex needs to gain independence. Applicants should have experience in care management and hold a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care. This is a full-time, permanent position with an annual salary of £40,000.

We’re currently searching for a fantastic Registered Service Manager to join us in leading our residential service in Barton-upon-humber. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!
Our Registered Service Manager will be working alongside local authorities, healthcare professionals and the families of the people we support as well as leading a team to ensure that people gain more independence in their daily lives and have positive outcomes.
