Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a CQC registered manager or similar role.
  • Willingness to undertake CQC registration.
  • Able to work with individuals facing diverse health challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations and finances of the service.
  • Develop individualized support plans for clients.
  • Conduct assessments and coordinate care meetings.
  • Lead recruitment and oversee staff training and compliance.
  • Perform audits to ensure regulatory compliance.

Role Overview

Registered Service Manager leading the BIR (Brain Injury Rehabilitation) service, working with local authorities, healthcare professionals and families to enhance independence and positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day service running and P&L management.
  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans.
  • Conduct care needs assessments and multidisciplinary meetings.
  • Recruit, induct, supervise, appraise and audit medication competency.
  • Complete quarterly audits and reports, ensuring regulatory, legislative, internal and contractual compliance.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role.
  • Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration.
  • Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury and complex mental health needs.
