We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedCommunity Mental Health Hub Managerto lead the transformation of community mental health care in Bromley.
This Band 8a role is pivotal in delivering integrated, personalised, and preventative mental health services in partnership with primary care, local authorities, and voluntary sector organisations.
The post holder will be based atBeckenham Beacon Hospital and will operate with a high level of autonomy, driving service innovation and improvement in line with the NHS Long Term Plan.
