Service Life Cycle Manager

We are representing a well renowned company in the midst of transformation and change who are looking for a Service Life Cycle Manager to join their high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the IT Service Catalogue, overseeing related policies and governance, and engaging with the wider community to ensure its adoption.
• Manage the ITIL Service Management process framework, lead process improvement roadmap initiatives, and manage a small team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with creating and managing IT Service Catalogues
• Experience with Service Delivery policy and governance ownership
• Experience with ITSM tools - Ivanti or similar
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, as well as excellent stakeholder management skills

Desirable

• Knowledge of SIAM tools
• Experience designing business continuity and disaster recovery plans
