Service Installation Team Leader – Walsall, WS2
Permanent Position
40,000 Per Annum
Immediate Start

Service Installation Team Leader is required immediately for our client in Walsall. They are looking for a hands-on team leader to join the team and support business growth during this exciting time.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead a team of engineers who install and maintain a variety of different products across the Greater Midlands
• Mix of leadership and fieldwork, including installations, repairs, and surveys across residential and commercial sites
• Manage engineer performance reviews, training, and technical support
• Oversee stock control, equipment suitability, and quality assurance
• Handle internal maintenance tasks and facilities support
• Attend monthly management meetings and liaise with internal admin teams

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 qualified in Electrical Installations
• Certified to 18th Edition regulations
• Experienced in leading engineering or maintenance teams
• Skilled in electrical fault-finding and basic plumbing
• A confident communicator and supportive leader
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel (PowerPoint a bonus)
• Holds a full clean UK driving licence
• Enhanced DBS check required due to the nature of our client base
