Job description

Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Fire Engineer to join a world-leading HVAC Solutions provider.

Job Responsibilities
  • Undertake planned service, PPM (Pre-Planned Maintenance), and remedial works on electrical/HVAC systems including ventilation, extract fans, AOV control panels/systems, fire and smoke dampers, and smoke ventilation products.
  • Update service documentation and complete on-site work reports accurately.
  • Liaise with clients, on-site professionals, and the wider internal engineering team.
  • Work unsupervised servicing smoke ventilation projects on site.
  • Able to travel throughout London and the South East of England, including Kent and Essex.
  • Full clean UK driving licence.

Job Requirements
  • Background in service, maintenance, and installation of general fire, electrical, HVAC, and ventilation systems.
  • Electrical building services qualification (e.g., City & Guilds 18th Edition or Level 3 Electrical certification).
  • Experience in undertaking remedial and planned service work on such systems.
  • Able to travel throughout London and the South East of England, including Kent and Essex.
  • Full clean UK driving licence.
