I'm looking for an experienced, customer-centric Service Delivery Manager to join one of Europe's largest organisations!

Duration: Initially till the end of October

You'll manage a variety of suppliers and third parties who help to deliver the top-class service to this organisations clients, and will have the autonomy and responsibility to do this in your own way. Your role will encompass managing service review meetings, working on feedback loops, ensuring compliance, and generally making sure that we deliver effective, efficient, value-led services

What you'll do:

  • Own the service delivery to support customers and colleagues across multiple clients and industries
  • Build strong relationships with all levels of stakeholder to ensure the agreed service levels are met, resulting in highly satisfied customers
  • Act as a trusted technical contact, providing advice on potential solutions to issues or problems
  • Manage third-party suppliers and drive service improvements and quality for our customers
  • Created, maintain and manage service documentation.
