We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery Assistant to join the Pathfinder New Era team in Staffordshire, working 22.5 hours a week.
Pathfinder is a new project in Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire, which aims to reduce the waiting time for Family Court and aims to reduce re-traumatisation for victims of domestic abuse.
As a Service Delivery Assistant, you will be required to add referrals to the case management system, liaise with other domestic abuse agencies and support the wider Service Delivery Team where required.
