The Role

We are seeking a confident, experienced, and highly organised Service Advisor to join a reputable dealership based in Plymouth. Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all service customers, managing the full customer journey from booking to vehicle handover.
  • Produce accurate job cards, update customers proactively, and ensure all work is authorised correctly.
  • Liaise closely with workshop technicians to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Raise invoices and handle customer payments efficiently and professionally.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high levels of organisation and attention to detail.
  • Work independently in a smaller aftersales environment, demonstrating confidence and strong decision‑making skills.
  • Prior experience as a motor trade Service Advisor is essential.
Package
  • Basic Salary: £30,500
  • On Target Earnings: £34,500 (Uncapped Bonus Potential)
  • Hours: Monday‑Friday, 8:00am‑5:00pm with a 1‑hour lunch, with flexibility available – for example, a shorter lunch to allow for an earlier finish.
  • No weekends – great work‑life balance.
