Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Book customer vehicles for maintenance and liaise with the workshop.
• Provide seamless service from drop-off to handover.
• Update customers on vehicle progress and authorize additional work.
• Ensure vehicles are ready on time with the workshop.
