Qualifications

• Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor.
• Knowledge of Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems or similar DMS System.
• Must have experience in Upselling.
• Full manual UK Driving Licence is required.

• Arrange Service Department bookings.
• Ensure efficient workshop loading while attending to customer requirements.
