Service Advisor – Mansfield

Salary: £28,440 - £30,440 basic, £34,000 OTE (Uncapped)

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5:30pm, with 1 in 6 Saturday mornings

• Welcome customers bringing their vehicles in for scheduled and unscheduled servicing and repairs
• Book vehicles into the workshop and provide updates on progress
• Support the aftersales team, including workshop controllers, and assist the Service Manager with the day‑to‑day running of a busy department
• Manage customer expectations with a consistently professional approach
• Upsell additional products and services to new and existing customers

Requirements

• You must have previous experience as a Service Advisor to be considered for this position
• A full UK driving licence
