Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-17:30, 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:00-12:30

Responsibilities of a Service Advisor

• Arranging Service Department bookings.
• Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
• Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans
• Advising customers of ongoing repairs
• Endure elements of invoicing through 1link, Pinnacle etc

Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor
