As a Service Administrator you are the main point of contact for all customer communication while the vehicle is undergoing maintenance and repair in our Retail Centre.

What you’ll do day to day
  • Administration duties within the service department
  • Deal with customer’s requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure customer requirements are fully understood and communicated in an effective manner to other members of the department
  • Record vehicle details and service histories accurately and effectively.

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Motor Industry experience is preferable
